The Business Education program is designed to provide students with the foundation knowledge and skills required for careers in business. Students learn word processing skills, accounting procedures, and computer software applications. Emphasis is placed on completion of projects in every course offered. The program of study prepares students for post-secondary education or for entry-level employment in a business environment.

Family and consumer sciences Technical/Career Preparatory Diploma

Family and Consumer Sciences address the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors all students need to live successfully in todays world. Topics that are addressed include parenting, childcare and development, career planning, job skills, resource management, nutrition and wellness, food preparation, healthy living, clothing and textiles, consumer education, decision making, critical thinking, problem solving, human relationships, family development, and anything else that touches the home and the heart.

Health occupations Technical/Career Preparatory Diploma
College Preparatory Diploma
The Health Occupations program is designed for students interested in pursuing a health/medical career. Students learn about the body (anatomy and physiology), various careers, medical terms body conditions, diseases, disease prevention, dental aid, mental health, nutrition, safety, and legal practices. Completers of the American Heart Association CPR component will be eligible for certification through the American Heart Association. Basic health care skills are mastered and students progress to advanced skills, which will prepare them for on-the-job training, employment, and/or post-secondary training.

College Preparatory Diploma
Technology education provides opportunities to explore and develop skills and knowledge in a variety of technologies. Materials are presented through a modular approach. Introduction to Technology I and II may serve as an introduction to other vocational programs or as the first two courses in the full technology education sequence. Students who enroll in all technology education courses can focus their study in a variety of directions to prepare for further post-secondary study or entry-level employment.
